This user group we will discuss Max/MSP/Jitter basics. The less you know the more you will learn. We will discuss patching basics and the foundation objects of MAX. Such fun! Bring your friends and your laptop if you can.

To inform those who may be interested... The first meeting for the "dork bots" group will be on Thursday, January 18th, from 7-9 pm. In room W123 in the Regis Center for the Arts building on the west bank of the UMN campus. http://onestop.umn.edu/Maps/RegCtrW/art-map.html
Following the first meeting on January 18th, dorkbotmsp meetings will take place on the 1st Thursday of the month.
Dates scheduled in 2007 are: January 18th, February 8th, March 1st, April 5th, May 3rd, June 7th

The Twin Cities Max/MSP users group is gathering at Acadia cafe in Minneapolis. The date of the next meeting has not been determined yet. It will be around the same time next month. Check back here for details.
Bring your projects, ideas, or demos to share with your fellow Max/MSP junkies. If you are in to other similar tools like Pure Data, NI REAKTOR, Quartz Composer, Digital Performer, other hardware, etc, you will find yourself welcome here too! All degrees of age, experience, background, and wisdom are encouraged.
